If you are not 100% happy with the service you receive then you are invited to let me know why within 7 days and have either a refund of your money, or have me completely redo the service – it’s your choice.

Sylvia: helping you receive the absolute most from your service, I ask that:
* children under the age of 10 not be brought into the salon unless receiving service.
*24 hours notice is given for cancellation of an appointment (otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% off the original service booked will be charged).
*that you try and come a few minutes early for your appointment, relax and “set the mood” to gain maximum benefit.
Additionally I will: * reduce your service cost by 50% if I need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (due to
my/child illness,etc). Inclement weather cannot be predicted and is forgiven on both ends.
*send an e-mail reminder a few days prior to your appointment.
